Job Description
- Design and architect Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management solutions to safeguard our revenue streams and protect against fraud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define network architecture, performance standards, and quality of service while ensuring revenue protection.
- Develop and maintain network design documentation and diagrams specific to Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management.
- Implement tools and technologies to monitor and detect fraudulent activities and revenue leakage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex revenue assurance and fraud-related issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members in the context of Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management.

Technical Skills
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5-7 years) in designing and implementing Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management solutions in the telecom industry.
• Strong knowledge of Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management technologies, strategies, and standards.
• Proficiency in relevant network design tools and software for Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills in the context of financial integrity and security.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TM Forum Frameworx, Fraud Examiner Certification, etc.) are a plus.
