Lead the entire UX/UI design process from research and ideation to final deliverables.

Conduct user research, interviews, usability tests, and competitor analysis to guide design decisions.

Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms.

Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI component libraries.

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and high-quality design implementation.

Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.

Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback.

Technical Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript (a plus).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
