Senior Technical Delivery Manager-Healthcare

• The Senior Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for delivering large-scale healthcare projects, specifically in Digital Health, Health Information Systems (HIS), Public Health, Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), and healthcare software solutions. This role requires a thorough understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly within the Saudi Arabian context, combined with extensive experience in software development and project management.
• The incumbent will lead complex projects from inception to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with national health objectives and industry standards
• The ideal candidate should have a robust knowledge of the Saudi Arabian healthcare landscape and the ability to manage complex projects from inception through to successful implementation
• Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Health Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital health strategies aligned with national health objectives and industry trends.
• HIS Implementation: Oversee the implementation of advanced HIS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
• Public Health Initiatives: Drive public health initiatives using digital technologies, including disease surveillance and population health management.
• Software Development Leadership: Lead software development and process re-engineering, employing Agile/Scrum principles to optimize project outcomes and performance.
• PACS Implementation: Manage the deployment and optimization of PACS systems, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and distribution of medical images.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with government officials, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and support.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and technical experts.
• Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and capacity building to local healthcare professionals.
• Cost Management: Implement solutions to reduce costs and maximize ROI, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Project Oversight: Track and assess project delivery targets, supervise key resources, and manage priorities during the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Technical Governance: Review project deliverables for technical soundness, adherence to scope, and meeting customer expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Computer Science or Engineering
• A minimum of 15 years of related experience with a minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare consulting, with a focus on digital health, HIS, public health, and PACS.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards and frameworks.
• Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Experience with cloud-based healthcare solutions.
• Certifications in healthcare management, project management, or digital health.
• Passionate about design solutions and do necessary customization with collaboration with the team or himself/herself to fulfill the customer requirements to deliver the Targeted outcome.
