Job Description
- Support, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications built using .NET technologies and Angular.
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and performance.
- Manage and support microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
- Handle system integrations with external platforms and third-party services.
- Support and maintain payment gateway integrations and transaction workflows.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy fixes, enhancements, and new features.
- Participate in CI/CD processes, release management, and deployment activities.
- Analyze logs, monitor applications, and perform root cause analysis for production incidents.
- Improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Support API management, API Gateway configurations, and secure service communications.
- Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams on cloud and containerized environments.
- Ensure compliance with security, operational, and performance standards.
- Provide technical documentation and operational support guidelines.

Technical Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core.
- Strong experience with Angular.
- Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
- Experience in troubleshooting and supporting production environments.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools.
- Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, or similar DevOps technologies.
- Good understanding of application monitoring and logging tools.
