Job Description
- Participate in customer and internal projects, including transformation.
- Resolve most technical incidents independently within technical area.
- Work with team members to resolve more complex or cross-technology incidents.
- Identify potential escalations and alert management proactively.
- Support Tableau BI platforms for creating and maintaining dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in visualizations and reports.
- Optimize Tableau Server performance for efficiency and reliability.
- Provide user training and ongoing support to enhance adoption and usage.
- Work with team members to resolve more complex or cross-technology incidents.
- Resolve most technical incidents independently within technical area.

Technical Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Service Management, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server for dashboard creation, management, and optimization.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices..
