Job Description
- Manage and maintain the cybersecurity awareness platform
- Plan and conduct cybersecurity awareness training
- Create and maintain questionnaires and phishing campaigns to measure awareness training effectiveness
- Develop and enhance the Cybersecurity Awareness plan.
- Manage CS awareness daily activity
- Help in resolving issues with access to the security awareness tool.
- Help with responding to inquiries about the awareness training progress.
- Send statistics monthly reports to Solutions Management.
- Maintain the periodic reports and awareness dashboard.
- Align with the PR team to develop the content needed for the security awareness posters.
- Enhance and automate Cybersecurity induction.
- Assign courses based on different audience needs.
Personal Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audience in simple terms
- Ability to tailor training content according to the target audience
- Continuous self-awareness about new attacks methods using different technologies
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of operating systems, mainly Windows and Linux.
- Good knowledge of networking protocols, concepts, and technologies.
- Good knowledge of foundational security concepts, e.g.: kill chain, defense-in-depth, systems hardening, etc.
- Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Basic knowledge about security features and applications for mobile operating systems
- Knowledge of adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures.
- Previous knowledge of managing and maintaining a cybersecurity awareness platform preferred (e.g.: Knowbe4, PhishMe)
Education
Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, other related field, or equivalent experience.
