Customer Engagement Manager - Saudi Nationals

Job Description

  • Promote Jafeer’s image and culture internally & externally.
  • Work with the business development team to ensure the appropriate service offerings as per the strategy of the company.
  • Review market trends and technological advances to aware the customers with the new services can be provided.
  • Work with team per opportunity to ensure highly technical quality and identify the potential service(s) list.
  • Develop the project(s) risk(s) management and review the technical proposals ensuring the efficient integration of all configured service(s), before submission to the customer for final compilation.
  • Provide guidance and support when needed to his team project(s) including himself to their projects.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure the complete understanding of the customers’ requirements.
  • Periodically customer(s) visits to ensure the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the review of the technical aspect of the Project implementation plan prepared to ensure it is achievable and within the set time frame.
  • Develop customer loyalty program, develop how to measure it and work frequently on its achievement.
  • Regularly be updated with the offerings.
  • Educate the engagement Team on the basic technicalities and functionality of all offerings to guide them in operating projects within the assigned areas.
  • Communicate with Sales and operation teams to gather insights and information on different aspects such as customers’ needs and projects challenges which can be an added value to the delivered projects.
  • Coordinate continuous service offerings awareness campaigns across the organization.
  • Work on enhancing communication between operation team and customers during projects execution.

Technical Skills

• From 5 to 8 years of experience in a relevant field and industry.
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience
• Project management skills - PMP.

Education

B.Sc. in Computer science, Information Technology.
