The Shared Services Senior Manager will oversee and manage the company’s centralized support functions, including Human Resources, Marketing, IT, Purchasing, and Travel, along with additional assigned roles. This position is responsible for driving efficiency, consistency, and excellence across all shared services, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. The role requires a strong leader who can integrate cross-functional support, optimize processes, oversee and control departmental budgets, and enhance service delivery to internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement the shared services strategy to support business objectives.
- Drive operational excellence across HR, Marketing, IT, Purchasing, and Travel.
- Monitor service performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all functions deliver high-quality, cost-effective support to the business.

- Continuously review travel data and industry trends to optimize travel programs and vendor partnerships.
- Oversee supplier evaluation, contract negotiations, and vendor relationship management to secure reliable, cost-effective, and compliant partnerships.
- Establish and enforce procurement policies, standards, and internal controls to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Monitor purchasing performance and cost optimization initiatives, ensuring efficiency and value creation.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline supply chain operations and enhance service delivery to internal stakeholders.
- Standardize processes across all shared services functions.
- Align policies with global standards while meeting local requirements.
- Implement metrics and reporting systems to track efficiency and compliance.
- Continuously enhance processes to improve effectiveness, agility, and service quality.
