Job Description
- Reporting Management:
- Develop and implement reporting strategies and procedures to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver various reports, including financial reports, operational reports, performance dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses.
- Ensure that reports are accurate, timely, and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Review and analyze report data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports reflecting VAS's financial performance as a separate entity and through consolidated statements with its subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee the consolidation process for VAS in Egypt and its subsidiaries, managing intercompany transactions and delivering valuable financial insights for strategic decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and expectations.
- Communicate regularly with department heads, senior management, and other stakeholders to provide updates on reporting activities and address any issues or concerns.
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to reporting processes and data interpretation.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate reporting processes and systems to identify opportunities for streamlining and automation.
- Implement best practices and standards to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting activities.
- Lead initiatives to improve data quality, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.
