Job Description
- Define project vision, objectives, scope, and success criteria, establishing clear governance structures, roles, and accountability frameworks.
- Lead comprehensive project planning and resourcing activities, balancing competing priorities and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project management plans, including resource allocation, interdependence, critical path analysis, and business readiness requirements.
- Identify resource requirements and communicate staffing needs proactively to ensure timely allocation of appropriately skilled resources.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple mid-to-large scale projects/orders, ensuring adherence to approved scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage financial performance by forecasting requirements, developing and controlling project budgets, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions as required.
- Direct and control project execution through structured governance, monitoring performance against defined cost, schedule, quality baselines, KPIs, and critical success factors.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting across scope, budget, timelines, quality, outcomes, and benefits realization.
- Continuously identify, assess, and track project risks, defining mitigation and contingency plans, assigning accountability, and communicating status proactively.
- Manage change requests through formal governance and change control processes to protect project objectives and delivery commitments.
- Establish and monitor governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify internal and external stakeholders, assess their engagement and communication requirements, and ensure effective fulfillment of those needs.
- Develop and execute structured communication plans, producing regular, ad hoc, and exception reports in alignment with agreed reporting frameworks.
- Ensure structured project/order closure in accordance with defined operational and governance standards.
- Lead post-project evaluations and lessons learned initiatives to strengthen future project delivery and organizational performance.

Technical Skills
Proven experience managing customer-facing projects with direct client interaction and delivery accountability.
Practical experience supporting project planning activities, tracking tasks, action items, and monitoring progress against defined milestones.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices (PMI, CMMI), with experience applying structured processes and standards.
Experience preparing and controlling project budgets based on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development and cost estimation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Power BI, Visio, and SQL for reporting and analysis.
Basic technical understanding of VMware virtualization, Dell EMC infrastructure solutions, and Fortinet networking and security products.
