Job Description
We are seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to lead the definition, development, and delivery of products aligned with customer and business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders, Scrum teams, and technical experts to identify requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Develop and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and development teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories.
- Work closely with Scrum teams to ensure delivery of high-value increments through iterative sprints.
- Analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas of improvement.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Develop detailed reports on product progress and KPIs.
Personal Skills
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in documenting requirements, workflows, and user stories.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to break down complex requirements.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and wireframing/prototyping tools.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering value-driven outcomes.
Technical Skills
•Hands-on experience with Agile Product Ownership and Business Analysis practices.
•Proficient in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms for backlog management.
•Basic understanding of API Integrations and data flows.
•Knowledge of SQL and querying tools for data analysis is a plus.
•Familiarity with creating mockups, wireframes, and product roadmaps.
•Strong ability to analyze KPIs and performance metrics.
•Understanding cloud technologies and IoT concepts would be beneficial.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
