Project Coordinator

• Act as the SPOC when it comes to all projects within the operations department.
• Ensures that each project has the correct documentation.
• Issues and develops the project schedule and project charter per project with project owner.
• Updates all project schedules weekly.
• Acts as the Material owner for the department.
• Material Controller.
• Coordinates the production flow in the workshop.
• Ensures proper flow of material.
• Ensures the quality of products and services offered by ARIA Technologies.
• Oversee the manufacturing of products and be involved in every stage of executing the projects and products from development to manufacturing and commissioning stages, 
• Create, maintain, and progress the overall portfolio schedules in software like MS Project.
• Ensure that time schedules are fully integrated and resource-loaded in order to ensure the accuracy of projected resourcing and staffing requirements.
• Monitor and update accurate schedule progress toward achieving the desired project completion date and inform of changes to schedule outcome.
• Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts or dashboards, and schedule analysis and status on KPIs performance.
• Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and events that potentially affect schedule performance, and assist with assessment of project as opportunities and risks
• Input all the Potential and Official change events into the schedules and prepare impacted schedules printouts and narratives.
• Actively participate in weekly and monthly Project Reviews, Planning and Performance meetings as well as Hand-over and Kick-off meetings.
• Perform and coordinate inspections and determine quality assurance testing models of parts, materials, semi-finished and finished products.
• Prepare, document and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Review and approve quality requirements for manufacturing planning, supplier purchase orders, and engineering specifications to ensure contract compliance.
• Follow up all HSE Instructions.
• Perform other tasks as required.
• Develop Energy Audit/ Optimization report write-up
• Analyze data from Energy Audit
• Propose technical optimization solutions
• Develop M&V plan in line with IPMVP
• Provide review of subcontractor proposals, resolve gaps in savings calculations and scopes of work
• Support in standardizing processes and documentations related to Energy Audits and Projects
• Prepare, develop & upgrade all standard documents pertaining to LR/ Articulated & Scara Robots for each project
• Prepare, develop & upgrade all standard documents pertaining to any IOT/ Vision project

B.Sc. of Production / Mechanical Engineering preferred
