Job Description
- Maintain CEO's calendar and notify him of changes. Set up meetings as instructed or as required.
- Ensure that logistical aspects of the CEO's personal commitments as well as business requirements are handled efficiently and timely
- Manages the CEO's personal expenses, as well as CEO office petty cash
- Handle all aspects of the CEO’s travel arrangements; bookings, accommodations, documents and itineraries
- Organize and maintain paper filing records of contracts, reports, legal documents, memos etc.
- Handle phone and written communication for the CEO
- Coordinate some marketing related functions with the Marketing Department
- Handle reservations for events and offsite meetings and coordinating with hospitality providers (hotels, conference halls) as well as providing logistical support for such events.
- Participate in corporate and board meetings on an as needed basis.
- Assist with special event planning such as the company annual meeting.
- Take on diverse assignments and managing them expeditiously from beginning to end
- Attend management meetings with the CEO and record minutes of meeting.
- Submit required reports regularly and per request.
- Provide support to the Education Foundation team as and when required.
- Communicate & Coordinate some marketing related functions with the Marketing Department.
- Supervise reception team including work allocation, training, and problem resolution.
- Evaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel actions.

- Good command in Microsoft Office
- Good reporting skills
Technical Skills
• Executive Assistant Diploma / Certificate or Similar is a plus.
Education
• B.Sc. in any discipline
