Job Description
- Implementing and complying to Personal Data Privacy law across corporate and subsidiaries
- Understand PDPL Governance & Compliance
- Participate in the implementation of PDPL requirements across all business units, systems, and processes.
- Interpret PDPL articles, executive regulations, and SDAIA guidance and translate them into practical internal policies, procedures, and controls.
- Work with the team to establish and maintain the PDPL compliance framework, including roles, responsibilities, and accountability models.
- Understand Data Mapping & Risk Management
- Work with the team in documenting Policies, Procedures & Documentation
- Draft, review, and maintain Privacy policies and notices
- Ensure requests are responded to within PDPL-mandated timelines.
- Coordinate with IT and business teams to operationalize rights fulfillment
securely. - Support incident response for personal data breaches.
Coordinate with Legal, IT Security, and Management during investigations and regulatory notifications. - Develop and deliver PDPL awareness and training programs for employees and key stakeholders.
- Monitor PDPL regulatory updates, enforcement actions, and guidance issued by SDAIA.
- Support internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections.
