Job Description
- Collect content and draft marketing collateral to include social media, articles, press releases, advertising and announcements, as well as Nozzom newsletter and corporate brochures
- Develop content for presentations and templates (PowerPoint, Microsoft Word)
- Develop media, advertising, and internal campaigns in coordination with Comms team
- Assist in the logistics of both media and communication events in terms of registration, obtaining quotes, contacting event organizers, coordinating with relevant departments to ascertain their needs during events
- Responsible for obtaining offers and quotes from different suppliers and placing orders as needed, and coordination of processes with various stakeholders
- Assist in coordination of logistics for CSR activities, as well as drafting of CSR material
- Create and update Giza Systems databases
- Track marketing collaterals and giveaways inventory, as well as allocation of expenditures
- Prepare payments, follow up with the Finance department
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills, teamwork, and customer focus
- Drive positive culture and build positive relationships within team and stakeholders
- Update corporate social media platforms, intranet, and website, etc.
- Develop design for presentations and templates (e.g. PowerPoint, Microsoft word)
- Assist in internal communication activities aimed at building brand image and brand ownership, as well as raising awareness of Giza Systems

Education
