- Lead and mentor the L1 Operations Team, ensuring adherence to fraud management and revenue assurance best practices.
- Develop and optimize revenue leakage prevention strategies and fraud detection frameworks.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to detect anomalies, fraud patterns, and revenue risks.
- Oversee fraud management tools and ensure continuous improvement of RAFM processes.
- Manage escalations and work with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Security, to mitigate risks.
- Monitor and analyze fraud and revenue assurance KPIs, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with telecom regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Effectively managing time to balance tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of fraud detection methodologies, revenue assurance tools, and risk management.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Python, or similar) is a plus.
