Project Manager - VAS

Projects Initiation, Planning, and Control:

• Communicate the High-Level Vision for the company's small to medium projects and the customers' “desired” future state.
• Design the delivery capability to deliver the project.
• Create a detailed project plan, identifying the resources required, project interdependencies, and critical path, including all the activities that the business needs to do to prepare for new technical or business components.
• Ensure that all project work streams and project plans are integrated within the overall project plan.
• Manage and control the performance of the project plan. Identify and embed measurable project outcomes & critical success factors into the project plan.
• Formulate and manage stakeholder communications plans.
• Act as Focal point with all customer communications from project creation till project closure.
• Work with all VAS departments to create and follow up on Project plans till the closing of projects.
• Responsible for Project plan baselining, Project work progress, Change management, Risk management, and all issues documentation and tracking.
• Follow up daily for any project delays and keep formal reports to customers about problems resolution.

Organization & Leadership:

• Plan & manage the people utilization, including recruitment, competency profiles, and development for the duration of the engagement on the project.
• Manage project planning and resourcing processes, balancing priorities.
• Produce project stakeholder map, and conduct analysis to ensure stakeholder needs are understood and met.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure quality assurance standards are applied across the project & project work streams.
• Ensure suitable Project and project Status Reporting mechanisms are put in place for projects and work streams within the Project.
• Produce regular, ad hoc, and exception reports in line with the agreed communications plan.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting, covering aspects (Budget, Timelines, and Quality) of scope, outcomes, and performance against agreed critical success factors, KPIs, and benefits tracking.

• Excellent practical and accumulated experience in Project initiation, planning, MS Office tools, and SQL Languages.
• Basic Knowledge of VMware, Dell EMC Solutions, and Products.

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
