Production Mechanical Engineer

• Assist the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
• Liaise with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
• Diagnose problems in the production line and provide recommendations and training.
• Assist in establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint.
• Keep abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and share knowledge with co-workers.T
• Identify, document, and report unsafe practices.
• Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects.
• Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders.
• Provide technical support
• Ensuring safe working condition.
• Assist in developing production drawings and Bill of Material.
• Select the components required to execute the production.
• Assist in the development and applying test plans.
• Might attend coordination/ kick-off meetings, as necessary.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Excellent command of verbal and written English.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
• Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously.

Bachelor of Engineering with a Specialization in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
