- Assist in designing, building, and testing mechanical equipment, Systems, and automation systems by using CAD software.
- Assist in developing machine designs for products with the use of CAD (Solidworks, AutoCAD)
- Assist in designing Mechanical systems/structures.
- Assist in developing manufacturing drawings and Bill of Material.
- Familiar with the international standards, industrial requirement, and regulations.
- Familiar with the manufacturing process.
- Follow up on implementation.
- Assist in the development and applying test plans.
- Integrate the system and perform initial and field tests.
- Participate in product assembly.
- Follow all HSE Requirements
- Perform other tasks as required.
- Assist in implementing Quality Management system (ISO 9001:2015)
Personal Skills
- Very Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of verbal and written English.
- The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
Technical Skills
• Very good knowledge of the safety concept to make the machine secure for human usage.
• Engineering knowledge of defined requirements and validation of component(s) / system(s) design, function, performance, production & manufacturing requirements, testing, and validation
• Able to use Multi body dynamics simulation
