Participates in incident resolution and perform Root cause analyses on production issues.
Consults with vendors & other teams to recommend best practices and tune software during the development cycle.
Recommends and maintains standards for monitoring and event management.
Maintains and facilitates standard backup procedures, retention plans, and restore testing.
Assesses impact on performance with different changes and review scalability of the infrastructure.
Provides environment Support of 24/7 (may need to work in shifts)
Personal Skills
Bachelor degree of Computer Science
3 to 5 years Admin/support experience in Integration area
Technical Skills
Websphere MQ, IBM Integration Bus V11 or CP4I (ACE, API Connect, event streams), DataPower, Kafka, ELK
Sound knowledge of server infrastructure, virtualization, cloud computing
Understanding of DNS, Firewall, TLS, SSL and IPsec, VPN, session management, TCP/IP, routing basics, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, DHCP, Load balancer
Ability to handle outage/incident situations.
