Headway Intern 2023 - Industrial Digital Solutions

Headway Program Overview:

· Participate in a 6 month internship program involving soft skills, Theoretical Technical Trainings and On Job Trainings.

· Prepare a graduation presentation to a committee of technical and non-technical experts.

Industrial Digital Solutions Track overview.

IDS provides a 6-month internship in one of the following 2 tracks:

Automation & control: Deliver the operational systems required for the monitoring and control of distributed equipment in plants and manufacturing facilities where complex control algorithms need to be employed.

Instrumentation: Deliver various solutions related to different processes, this includes:

· Process Parameters Measurements

· Engineering And Specs. Definition

· Installation, Calibration and Services

· Specific Solutions for Different Industries.

By integrating process control solutions in operations, organizations will be able to maximize profitability and ensure safety & efficiency

What will you learn at IDS - Automation & Control track?

· Introduction to process control

· Simple feedback loop

· PID controller

· Advanced control loops (Cascade, ratio, split range)

· Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)

· Introduction to PLC

· Introduction to SCADA

· Introduction to DCS

· Introduction to functional safety and SIS

· Introduction to Project documentation and preparation

What will you learn at IDS - Instrumentation Track?

· Introduction to Field Instruments covering Pressure, Flow, Level and Temperature Measurement

· Control Valves

· Fire & Gas Detection and Alarm

· Well Head Control Panels

· Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS)

· Excellent command of English.

· Very good communication skills.

· Good command in Microsoft Office.

· Exemption or completion of military service for male applicants.
