Job Description
Responsible for maintaining sales volume & achieve sales quota.
Responsibilities:
•Identifies, manages and interprets current & future customer requirements.
•Brings in sales opportunities across the assigned accounts, as per his sales target.
•Follows up and tracks the sales leads.
•Establishes new accounts by identifying potential customers, planning and organizing sales plan.
•Handles all communications and problems that arise in the relevant accounts (clients).
•Prepares all required analysis for business plans and strategies related to his accounts/sector
•Reviews and approves the selling prices and Prepares commercial proposal.

•Good communication & negotiation skills
•Excellent Presentation
•Very good command of English
•Very good computer skills
Technical Skills
• Experience in HVAC, Plumping& Firefighting is a must.
• Preferable experience in Contracting, Real Estate, Hotels and Infrastructure.
Education
Bachelor of Engineering with a Specialization in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
