Social Media Specialist

Manages all social media channels, campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction and raise awareness. Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. Works with all foundation team to promote overall brand through social media channels.

Responsibilities:

• Creates and writes daily content on brand’s social media platforms; Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms and channels.
• Manages and maintains brand related online conversations on said social media channels
• Engages with brand’s followers on a daily basis
• Writes, answers and responds to user questions both publicly and via private messages.
• Provides weekly reports on social media performance.
• Provides monthly plan , based on foundation overall strategy and as per maker space calendar.
• Promotes content through social advertising.
• Increases Social Media Pages outreach
• Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
• Monitors and develops on competitior activity within social media spaces

• Excellent command of Arabic and English

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to change in a fast paced environment

• Understands the difference between various social media platforms and their communities

• Strongly organized and creative

Bachelor Degree in any discipline
